The CREC committee is dedicated to ensuring that the community abides by the standards that are set forth in the Homeowners By-Laws and Covenants & Restrictions.
We are members of your community that volunteer to communicate any inconsistencies that are presented by other homeowners within the community.

If you have received a courtesy letter, it is within your best interest to take immediate action to correct these issues as defined by the violations description of the Article that is being violated.

If you have received a fined violation notice, it is within your best interest to take immediate action to correct these issues as defined by the violations description of the Article that is being violated.

Be aware that if a violation does go uncorrected, a fine levied can extend until a maximum of $10,000 is reached as allowed by Florida Law.
If you have received a fine and you are in disagreement with the committees determination. Please follow the steps outlined in the assessment .
You will be provided an opportunity for a hearing before the Fining Committee in the event a request for that hearing is received by the Association no later than fourteen (14) days after the date of receipt of the notice.
If a hearing is timely requested, you will have an opportunity to respond to the violation, present evidence and provide written and oral argument of all issues involved, as well as to review, challenge and respond to any material considered by the Association.
In lieu of requesting a hearing, you may respond to the notice within fourteen (14) days of the date of this notice, acknowledging the violation and promise that it will henceforth cease and will not recur, and that such acknowledgment and promise, and performance in accordance therewith shall terminate further enforcement action of the Association with regard to the violation.
A RECURRENCE OF A VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN A FINE BEING ASSESSED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
